ESRI ArcGIS App

After struggling for several days, we've given up on the Android version of the ArcGIS app. We've tried it on a number of different devices and versions of Android, including a latest and greatest Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, with no luck. It doesn't load maps or sometimes doesn't show all theaters or toggling on/off layers fails.  Sometimes these failings are related to poor network connectivity, however, when the iOS app is working fine the Android still does not.
